The School of Architecture and Surveying Engineering currently has 42 faculty members, including 35 professional teachers, 4 professors, more than 20 people with associate senior or above professional titles, and 27 people with doctoral or master’s degrees or above. The school teachers have successively presided over 22 provincial and ministerial level projects, 14 departmental and bureau-level projects, published over 130 papers, edited 18 works and textbooks, and obtained 41 national patents. In addition, the school presided over the construction of one college-level professional resource library, 2 provincial-level online high-quality open courses, and 4 college-level high-quality online open courses. The school has won 1 special prize, 1 first prize, and 1 second prize for teaching achievements from the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government, as well as 2 provincial-level excellent textbooks.
Since 2016, students have competed in the “Internet+” Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition with 2 gold, 2 silver, 1 bronze medal of national competition, 3 gold, 2 silver, and 5 bronze medal of provincial competition. Moreover, the students participated in vocational college skill contests with 20 second prize and 18 thirdprizes, as well as 4 thirdprizesin national competitions and 8 firstprizesin provincial events.
The School of Architecture and Surveying Engineering has 1 provincial-level surveying comprehensive training base, 16 professional training rooms, and a total value of experimental training equipment over RMB 20 million.
