The School of Economics and Management is located in Ziqiang Campus of SHAANXI COLLEGE OF COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY (within the historic site of Taiji Palace of Sui and Tang Dynasties). There are more than 1800 students in the school. The school offers various majors such as modern logistics management (directions in intelligent distribution and process control, and international logistics), traffic operation management, e-commerce, e-commerce (direction in new media operation), big data and accounting, accounting information management, hotel management and digital operation etc. The modern logistics management major is the provincial excellent pilot major of education and teaching reform, the key construction major of Shaanxi provincial higher vocational college demonstration colleges, the provincial key major and the key major supported by central fiscal department; The major of traffic operation management is a provincial key major; The e-commerce major is a pilot major of education and teaching reform.

The School of Economics and Management has been emphasizing educating students with culture and enhancing students with skills. Therefore, students in the school have won the first, second and third prizes in provincial skills competitions for many times. The faculty of School of Economics and Management is highly professional and rigorous. Experimental and training bases inside and outside the school are mature. There are a number of modern experimental and training sites such as smart logistics training center, e-commerce comprehensive center accounting factory and so forth. Numerous student innovation and entrepreneurship studios have been built such as campus production training base for Eternal Asia Starlink, Ant Tribe campus express station, Alibaba AliExpress, “Sheshuyao” Fuzhuan tea training center of Hengchangtang, and Spanish red wine both online and offline marketing center and so forth. In the meantime, it also proactively practices the new model of educating students by co-operation with enterprises. The school has been closely cooperating with dozens of enterprises such as China Railway Tunnel Group Co., Ltd., China Communications Construction Company Ltd., Suning Commerce Group Co., Ltd., JD Group, SF Express, Hyatt Regency Xi’an, Xi’an Jinjiang International Hotel, and Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa. The school has established more than 20 off-campus training bases to implement the practice of alternating between work and learning for the purpose of fully meeting the demands of on-campus practical training and off-campus post practice for students.
